This text is a New York State-specific Family Law textbook written for undergraduate legal students and paralegal education students. The only text of its kind available, this unique resource covers both matrimonial law (annulment; separation; divorce; and equitable distribution of marital property), and Family Court proceedings, such as family offenses, child protection, termination of parental rights, and adoption.
